Student Worker for Applied Empirical Methods in Business Administration Bachelor's-level student worker, 5 hours per week 0 - 10 %
Start of employment : 15 September 2026 for only Fall Semester 2026, temporaryWe develop quantitative methods that help organizations make better decisions in complex environments. Our research focuses on mathematical models and computational approaches for problems in which decisions are constrained, uncertain, or strategically interdependent.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and correct homework assignments
- Provide additional support for the smooth running of the course as needed
Your profile
- You are enrolled as a student at the University of Zurich or ETH Zurich
- You have successfully completed the AEMBA course, ideally in the context of a Master's program in Business and Economics, Informatics, or Social Sciences
- You have a good command of the course material, including probability theory, statistical inference, and re-gression analysis
- You are familiar with using R and RStudio to implement the methods covered in the course
- You work reliably, are well organized, and enjoy interacting with students
