The Faculty of Business, Economics and Informatics of the University of Zurich invites applications for a
Professorship in Strategic Management (Open Rank)
Starting in Spring 2027. Candidates should have a strong and promising track record in research in the core areas of strategic management and demonstrate potential for excellence in research, as well as strong teaching skills on all levels (undergraduate, graduate, PhD). Experience or clear potential in teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in strategic management and related management areas is expected. They should be willing to teach such courses and other courses aligned with their research interests. The performance evaluation will be undertaken in line with DORA and the Open Science Policy of the University of Zurich. Outstanding junior scholars and exceptional early-stage candidates are explicitly encouraged to apply.
The professorship will become an active part of the Strategy, Organization and Innovation Group at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Zurich.
