Start of employment as soon as possible or upon agreementThere is a PhD Student position opening in the research group of Dr. Simon Sieber (which is part of Prof. Dr. Karl Gademann's research group), located at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Zurich. Dr. Sieber's research group focuses on developing analytical methods for the fast and selective identification of natural products. The project consists of synthesizing chemoselective probes to enhance the discovery process of novel natural products. This interdisciplinary approach combines Organic Synthesis, Analytical Chemistry, and Metabolomics.
