Your key responsibilities include: Information management & data systems:

  • Maintain and structure information related to international partnerships, activities, and stakeholders, and support the integration of relationship management and communication activities into central systems.
  • Support data management, analysis, and reporting activities related to office initiatives and operations.
  • Assist colleagues in segmenting and using the database to reach relevant target audiences for their projects and initiatives.

  • Prepare social media content (particularly LinkedIn) for publication via the university's central communication channels.
  • Support the planning and implementation of office projects, initiatives, and events, contributing to the smooth coordination of activities across the Global Affairs Office.
  • Contribute flexibly to office priorities and support colleagues where coordination or operational assistance is needed.

You enjoy working with structured information and digital platforms and are curious about how communication channels, digital tools, and data can support international collaboration in higher education.

You work confidently with Office 365 and its collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and are comfortable working with structured information and datasets, including CRM platforms and databases. Familiarity with website content management systems and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn would be beneficial. Experience with CRM systems and databases is an advantage, as is an interest in learning and working with new digital tools and software. Experience with CMS platforms and with event invitation and booking processes (e.g. guest management) is considered an asset.

Excellent written English is essential; German is an asset.

You work in a structured and reliable way and prioritise tasks effectively. At the same time, you remain flexible and solution-oriented when several activities run in parallel and contribute to a collaborative team environment with a service-oriented mindset. A sense of humour and a positive, pragmatic attitude are highly valued. If this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your application.
